Entry is restricted to one entry per person
Hanesbrands Australia reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the winner selections at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
The prize is subject to availability of stock across the Arena product range.
All complete entries will be entered into the prize selection process, which will take place on 07/01/2013, and entry to the competition implies acceptance of any terms and conditions
The prize winners will be selected by Hanesbrands Australia. Judges decision will be final. Hanesbrands Australia will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The decision of Hanesbrands Australia shall be final and legally binding.
The winner will be responsible for providing accurate information according to sizes of garments required, as no exchange can be offered if incorrect. Prize will be sent to winner within the following 7-10 days of the prize selection process.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Hanesbrands Australia, Hanesbrands Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Hanesbrands Australia (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the prize and promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Hanesbrands Australia’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Hanesbrands Australia) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Hanesbrands Australia; (d) or any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
